Three years ago I had infection in my urine for about a year which made my prostate injured. I have pain in my back and I felt cold. Here’s a report on my symptoms and how you have helped me recovered.

Symptoms: Sleepy, Tired, Loss of appetite, Depress, Loss of memory, No motivation, Stressed, Anxiety attacks

Even though I get a minimum of 8 to 10 hours each night the next morning after waking up for 30 minutes to 1 hour I would feel like I haven’t slept last night. Throughout my day I would need to take 2 naps to keep me awake. I would feel very depress for no reasons and always jump into an anxiety attack for the slightly thing. It was very difficult to enjoy life and feel happy about what I have accomplished in life. I have always been very worried and stressed out . I would sometimes only eat 1 or 2 meals a day and I would feel always full.

I would like to let you know how happy I am with my son’s overall improvement. When we first came to your office in 2011, my main concern was my son’s digestive problems. He was experiencing a lot of abdominal pain that was making him miserable. On that first visit. I mentioned to you that, as an autistic person, he has very low tolerance to pain and any discomfort.

​I have great news!6 years ago, when I finished nursing my first child, my TSH dropped to 3. it were lower to 1 when after I finished nursing my second daughter early 2013. Ever since have been struggling on Synthroid, and it never went higher than 2.

Three years ago I was diagnosed with mediastinal lymphoma . the therapy that I understand was six sessions of chemo therapy (one session every three weeks), followed by one month of radiation . one of the many side effect of chemo therapy is the depletion of my white blood cells. In order for the treatment to proceed as a intended, my white blood cell count had to remain above a certain level. It was my seven depletion of my white blood cells that made me to see 

Dr. Zhou and to undergo supplemental therapy of herbal tea and Hunsing brand Ganoderma spore capsules which carry NPN# to help boost my white blood cell count and immune system to acceptable levels in order to continue with chemo therapy . I took 9 capsules every day (3 in the morning/afternoon/night) Ganoderma greatly helped to increase my white blood cell count and immune system. I understand my chemo therapy uninterrupted as intended as a direct consequence of Ganoderma intake. After my second chemo therapy session, my white blood cells had depleted to unacceptable levels. If not for Ganoderma, I would have had to delay my third chemo session, which is not ideal to this form of therapy. Ganoderma had proved to integrate well with my chemo therapy / the tumor had disappeared even earlier than expected and I am now cancer free for three years.

I have Crohn, a debilitating disease of the small intestine. It had been kept under control for many years with strong medication. On January 2, 2010 that “control” gave out and an abscess that apparently had become very large, burst.

​I was rushed to emergency and operated on immediately. They took out a fairly large piece of the intestine; however, the infection had spread throughout my system. I subsequently remained in the hospital for two months. During this time I was treated with various antibiotics; fed with a feeding tube for a month, with no food or water by mouth; spend 2 days in ICU with pneumonia; had a series of body rashes and allergic reactions to the antibiotics; all the white confined to bed. This created serious difficulties with my digestive system which, combined with my diminished immune system from the years of medication, made recovery very slow and difficult.

​As well, cancer cells had been discovered in the biopsy of the piece removed , and I had one month following discharge to, get enough strength to take on chemo therapy. This seemed impossible as I was so very weak. Well let me say that I did everything I possibly could and walked into the oncologist’s office a few weeks later, as requested. We began a course of chemo therapy, only to find out a month later that I could not handle it .

​During the next few months, I had a number of new internal infections, causing some new drains to be inserted in my abdomen (this can be very painful) , and some removed. By July of 2011, I was so weak from fighting infections that I collapsed from dehydration and was back in the hospital for two weeks.

​By September, I was told by both my surgeon and family doctor that there was nothing they felt they could do to help me. We had just heard about TCM (traditional Chinese medicine) and Dr. Zhou. There was little discussion as this seemed like our best option. Everything that we had done so far with traditional Canadian medicine had been unproductive and, believes me, I wanted to live!

​We contacted Dr. Zhou and began treatment immediately. At this point I was being transported in a wheel chair by my husband. By the end of October I was walking with the aid of a cane for support outside only. I had found my MIRACLE!

​My health continued to improve. We had a wonderful holiday season. I had a slight setback in March of 2012 with another internal infection, and, another drainage tube inserted. For about a week I was quite sick, but as soon as I was back on Dr.Zhou’s treatment, I was back on my feet and feeling well.

Something was very wrong.

​After I got married I started having severe dysmenorria, to the point where I couldn't get out of bed the first day of my period. I was always worried that the first day of my period would be a work day, because I just wouldn't be able to move the pain was tremendous and I would get pale and feel very sick. Once, I got my period on a Sunday night and we didn't have any painkillers at home. I was in bed, moaning with pain, and my husband had to find a pharmacy that would still be open. I don't like feeling addicted or bound to using drugs, so I wasn't comfortable about this solution, but the pain was unbearable. One thing that also puzzles me was the fact that this reaction was new to my body. The pain had slowly crept over me and become worse and worse. I had stopped ovulating and my husband and I were unable to had children. After some time, I started to notice that my lower abdomen was very bloated and would hurt a lot when subjected to pressure. I had also  experienced painful orgasms for a very long time. Something was not right! I didn't know why all this was happening, but I did want a cure. The most common answer you get if you tell a doctor is “its normal for women to have pain when they menstruate, take a painkiller”. I had figure” this is what we women have to live with, some are luckier than others”. But now , I wasn't too sure any longer. I started to search the net for answer...

​Once walking home in the afternoon a word popped up in my head: ultrasound. I just knew I needed an ultrasound. I went to the doctor and told him about my symptoms. He pressed on my tummy, which was so painful it made me start crying. He said there could be a blood – filled cyst or something in my ovary and referred me for an ultrasound.

​At this point I was very worried and waited in suspense for the answer. It was confirmed that I had three large blood-filled cysts in my right ovary, one blood-filled cyst in my left ovary, and on top of that I also had uterine fibroids. No wonder I had had pain.

I found out what the regular MD’s would give me to treat it and it wasn't what I wanted. Painkillers, the contraceptive pill or surgery. Painkillers only treat one kind of symptom and do not heal. The problem would still remain, even though the pain would be less. Pain, which was the only alarm my body had for telling me something, was very wrong! The pills give you synthetic hormones, more than the body would ever produce, so as to stop you from ovulating. I was already not ovulating because of the cysts, so in what way would that help me? my husband and I wanted very much to have children. Synthetic hormones are very unhealthy and would give me more problems in the long run. So, no that was not and option. The third solution, surgery, would mean removing my right ovary, it would be gone for good, I was 28 years old and childless. Not any option; you only have two ovaries, beside; the left one already had a dark cyst, so it was only a question of time until they would remove that one too!

​After a few days of desperately trying to choose a course of action, we decided to try traditional Chinese medicine. I had been taking herbs for other problems and they had been very effective and gentle. I had also heard about people being healed by TCM. I contacted Dr.Quanfu Zhou and got the answer that he had not only seen many cases like me, but that he had successfully treated them. What doctor could say that? This was good news, but I tried not to get my hopes up quite yet. I figured I had a long journey ahead of me to regain my health and I didn't want to end up disappointed. But we started the treatment which consisted of taking herbs in the form of a tea twice a day and coming for acupuncture treatment once a week. Not very complicated.

​Time passed. Slowly the pain diminished and after three month of treatment I went for a second ultrasound. I expected a positive change ; maybe the fibroids would be fewer. That would have been awesome. The lady who did my ultrasound asked if I had gone to the doctor since my last visit and if I had been treating it with medication. I told her the truth , that I was taking herbs for this. She snorted at me and started the examination. It took longer than the first time and she kept repeating the same movements on the left side and taking pictures of the same spot. I got worried. What if the cyst on the left side was now bigger?! How sad; then I would have lost much time, effort and money. And how embarrassing; she would have been right. ​I went home and tried to think of something else.

​A few days later, the answer came. I was looking for the word fibroids in the text but couldn't find it . I kept looking, thinking the doctors had made a mistake. But no fibroids. The left ovary was not mentioned either. Same thing there, I kept searching in the text thinking they must have missed it . then I remembered how she had spent so much time on that side, probably looking for what was no longer there! Both the fibroids and the left cyst were gone ! and the three cysts on the right side had shrunk to half their size! All this is only three months. I was soon going to be completely healthy! A sense of relief and joy came over me and I felt I had to cry. That afternoon I called my family and wrote to my friends . it had been such a worrying time and so emotionally draining and it would soon be over.

​After this we moved from Toronto to Sweden and I continued with TCM over here. Unfortunately, my new doctor was not so good, and few months later, I had become worse and the three dark cysts were as large as they had been when I first started the treatment. One consolation, though, was that neither the cyst on left ovary nor the fibroids had come back. Needless to say I was very discouraged, and disappointed with my new doctor. Immediately contacted Dr. Zhou and he took over the treatment again, this time by correspondence. After three months I was feeling better, and went for another ultrasound. The results were phenomenal! In the place of the three blood-filled cysts, there was only a small clear cyst(nothing to worry about) and again, the other problems had not returned. Two weeks after getting this news I found I was finally pregnant!!!All my symptoms were completely gone and I was feeling well again!

~~ My testimony about my sister ~~

​In 1987, after a short illness, my sister, princess Bertrand. Was diagnosed with cancer of the pancreas and was advised by her doctors in Trinidad to have surgery and she was given 6 months to live.  

​She refused to do surgery and decided instead to use alternate medicine in the form of herbal medication as her choice of treatment . she then came to live with me and handed over all her possessions and bank accounts etc. to me and waited….

​She then started on some herbs, proceeded to change her lifestyle-she became a vegetarian, ate mostly fresh fruits and raw vegetables.

​Then after a few months , my son who is Canadian, told her about Dr. Quanfu Zhou, a Canadian herbalist. We told him the diagnosis as well as her symptoms and he started treating her. The herbs were sent to her in Trinidad every three months and she slowly began to feel better. After one year, she went back to her doctors who after dong tests were amazed at the results- she was almost cancer free, but she continued with her treatment and tests finally showed that she was cancer free. The doctors cannot believe her case, because few people ever survive cancer of the pancreas.

Now my sister is 73 years old and Dr.Zhou is still treating her. My sister is very independent, very self-sufficient and very active in her church, is still taking long walks and working in her flower garden when ever she can find the time.

​Dr. Zhou came to my attention as a referral from a very dear friend of mine. Whose aunt had come to him for treatment from a serious ailment and came out of it cured. Based upon the trust of my friend, I called and made an appointment and the story starts from that point.

​I went to see Dr. Zhou because I had just had a straggling about of pneumonia that started approximately in the third week of November 2008 and continued through to a very serious illness.

​That culminated in Jan/Feb. of 2009, at the end of this illness I was left with a scar/shadow on my right lung. In the lower part/ I made a list of this , plus all the other symptoms and ailments that I suffered from, went to see Dr. Zhou on March 7 , 2009 and based upon this list, my pulses, and his own expertise, Dr. Zhou commenced a treatment plan that varied in intensity of herbal strength and also varied acupuncture sessions.

​I finished my treatment on May 28, 2009, and based on a recent x-ray of my lungs, I am pleased to say that my lungs are fully healed – there is no scar or shadow! Bear in mind also, that my family doctor has told me that the antibiotics he gave me treated the virus and stopped it, however there was nothing more they could do to heal the flesh and this is what made me seek out alternative medicine.

Re: Eradication of foot fungus

​Dear sir / Madam:
I was in extreme pain with my large toenail on my right foot around them idle of May, 2008. it started suddenly one day and it was excruciatingly painful if I applied pressure to the nail. I only wore open-toed shoes and if I accidentally hit it , I would bend double with the pain.

​I attended Dr. Zhou’s clinic for an unrelated problem about this time and I mentioned the nail. Dr Zhou stated that I had a fungal infection but I opted to go and see a podiatrist.

​The podiatrist saw me 3 times, cut my nail below the quick twice and commented that “you might have fungus”. I asked him what would be the treatment. He said just to keep the nail short and put vinegar on it every night with a piece of cotton (which I did and it did not help). I experienced pain again within 3 days of cutting the nail.

​I also saw a medical doctor in a walk-in clinic and he stated that i should be on antibiotics and that I should have the nail removed due to the extreme pain.

​It was then I revisited Dr. Zhou as I did not want my nail removed and I was tired of the pain and quite disappointed and disgusted with the lack of treatment from the podiatrist. Dr. Zhou prescribed a herbal regime which was mixed with warm water and vinegar and for the ensuing 8 weeks, I dutifully soaked both feet in this mixture every night for a half hour, it turned my nails a horrible shade of yellow. However, on the 8th week I was aware that there no longer was any pain and I could again wear closed shoes.

​I visited Dr. Zhou again at the end of October, which allowed for approximately 3 month’s worth of growth on the nail. It was very easy to see that the new growth did not have ridges.was no longer thick and yellow color from the herbal “soak” was growing out. I was very impressed with Dr. Zhou’s treatment and the fact that I did not have to lose my toenail. I was also impressed that the nail was growing in much smoother and thinner. Dr. Zhou commented that the fungus usually distorts the nail and make it thick. I have also noticed that I do not get that exudates from the nail bed which was a cheesy sort of yellowish-white. This meant that the fungus was totally killed off.

Aside from the obvious fact that Dr. Zhou knew the proper herbs to use in this case in order to get rid the toenail of fungus and also to relieve the inflammation , I believe that the patient co-operation in following the directions( soaking every night for half an hour without fail) contributed to the success. Client compliance is a must.

​This letter is written to thank Dr. Zhou for his knowledge and expertise in Chinese herbal medicine and to acknowledge that the natural way is better, even though it may have taken 2 months. It was worth it to save the pain of having the nail removed and now I have normal toenails after many, many years of having a fungal infection which I was not aware of.

Dear Dr. Quanfu Zhou

​I am writing this short letter to express my gratitude for the treatment I received from you.. the result on my body are unbelievable and I am very strong believer in alternative medicine especially when it is done by practitioner who knows what he is doing and you are one of them. As a doctor you always made me feel comfortable talking to you about my symptoms and I truly believe every good doctor should be like that, unfortunately the reality is really different.

​I decide to have a bay in 2004 and at that time I was 32 year old. Shortly after I started to have bleeding during the middle of the month and very heavy menstrual periods. Since my 20’s I had pain during intercourse not all the time but quite often, so my gynecologist always wanted to a laparoscopy as she thought I had endometriosis. I wasn't that willing to go under the knife without very serious symptoms. As I educated myself on the topic, the symptoms did not apply to me, except one-occasional pain during intercourse. When I started to have that bleeding my old gynecologist retired and he did send me to a new doctor. How lucky was I.

​She recommended hysterosonogram and that's when I learned I have learned I had cervical fibroid. At first I was very mad at my first gynecologist that he never even mentioned anything about me having ultrasound, but wanted to me to go strait to operating room. It only shows how different doctors are and how difficult it is to choose the right one.

​My new gynecologist sends me to a specialist and I had to wait for appointment for 3 months. During that time I decided to do some research about alternative medicine for fibroids and I tried probably everything I read. The specialist I visited suggests surgery to remove the fibroid, but somehow I wasn't ready for that just yet. Then I decided to try Chinese medicine and I started my treatment with you in march 2006 with acupuncture and herbs. My goal was still to get pregnant, so you had worked with me on both issues: getting pregnant shrinking my fibroid.

​At the end of April 2006 I “gave birth” to my fibroid: I was in a lot of pain for 3 days so I ended up going to emergency where I had lost a lot of blood in the waiting room, but as soon as the blood came out the pain stopped. They checked me out and reported that there is no infection and that I need to go and surgically remove the fibroid. At that point I was almost ready to do that, but upon return home from hospital I took shower and this when the fibroid literally came out of me. I took the fibroid back to hospital for pathology test and two weeks later it was confirmed that it was 2.2 x 2.8 x 8.4 cm intracervical fibroid. I was the happiest person on the planet and even stronger believer in a Chinese medicine, because I am walking proof of that.

​After that event my main goal was pregnancy and that what we had worked on for the next year and a half. Yes! I am finally pregnant and I thank you very, very much for your help. I did conceive in December 2007 as of today I am 10 weeks pregnant.
